Led by an experienced research professional with a background in academic medicine, federal research systems, and multi-site program development, DRG delivers structured, compliant, and scalable solutions to support successful study execution.
Meet the Founder and Principal Leader
Dr. Alice M. Delaney is the Founder of Delaney Research Group, bringing extensive experience in clinical research operations, program development, and regulatory strategy within academic and healthcare environments. Her career spans progressive leadership roles from Clinical Research Coordinator to Senior Research Program Manager, where she has successfully developed and managed complex research programs and multi-site initiatives.
Dr. Delaney has led all aspects of clinical trial development, including proposal writing, grant development, study start-up, regulatory oversight, and operational execution. As a Co-Investigator on a post-doctoral research grant, she authored the full proposal, directed study start-up activities, and secured $20,000 in feasibility funding—demonstrating her ability to move research concepts from design to implementation.
Her work is defined by a strong foundation in compliance, structure, and strategic execution, enabling physicians and healthcare organizations to establish and expand clinical research programs with confidence and efficiency.
Dr. Delaney is known for her ability to build research programs from the ground up, ensuring they are compliant, scalable, and positioned for long-term success.
